You may be eligible for a refund if:
You received a damaged product
You received an incorrect item
The product has a verified manufacturing defect
Your order was canceled before dispatch
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To request a refund:

Provide your order number and reason for refund
Attach photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
The refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our mistake.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product has been used or installed
The product is damaged due to improper handling
The return request is made after the allowed time period
The product was purchased under clearance or special discount (unless defective)
