At HM Hardwares, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch

• Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

• If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

After Dispatch

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

• In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy after receiving the product.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request order cancellation:

2. Mention your order number and reason for cancellation

3. Submit the request as soon as possible

Our team will review and confirm cancellation status within 1–2 business days.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If canceled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer.

4. Cancellation by HM Hardwares

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued (if payment was already made).
